There are situations where a home benefits from more preparation and stronger presentation. There are other situations where the best move is to handle the basics, price it strategically, and keep the process simple. And for some homeowners, privacy matters just as much as exposure.
My job is to help you think through those decisions clearly.
That means looking at your goals, your timing, the condition of the home, the type of buyer we are trying to attract, and how much you realistically want to do before going on the market. From there, we build a plan that fits your situation instead of pushing a formula that may not.
