Shannon R. Shannon grew up in Coral Springs, where his children were born, and he and his family recently moved to Parkland. An FIU graduate, he has built his career around Broward County and the surrounding markets, representing homes from the mid-$300s to over $7.8M. He holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation and is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Guild Member (CLHMS Guild), placing him among a select group of agents trained to market and negotiate high-end properties.
